Baytree Cottage is a quirky & super cozy romantic retreat . . Our 'couples cottage' has a king size bed, large walk in shower, fully fitted kitchen, log burner and private patio.  Also, only a few steps to the outdoor pool and large hot tub.

A former Victorian stable now offering spacious, open plan living. The lounge area offers a TV and cosy wood burning stove with French doors opening onto a private patio / dining area. A small gate leads you into the walled garden and outdoor pool area, great for keeping an eye on the kids! There's a downstairs W.C., fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms - One en-suite, one with private balcony and a large family bathroom with bath and walk in shower. This is a fab cottage for a family or group of friends! Parking a few steps away and useful area at the front of the cottage for bikes and surf boards etc. Dog friendly  🐾

As with Goodison, Stackstead Cottage is also a  former Victorian stable offering spacious, open plan living. The Lodge is a very spacious single level cottage with parking immediately outside. At the front of the there's a private gravelled area for dining and with private hot tub. The cottage offers a large open plan entrance space with cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. There's an open plan lounge / dining area with TV and cozy wood burning stove. The master bedroom has French doors opening onto the private area with hot tub, also a door leading directly into the indoor pool (please note this is a shared facility). There's 2 additional bedrooms one of which is en-suite with wet room (both bedrooms can be double or twin) and there's a large family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle.
