The Manor House…

 

Built in 1840 Beaconside House retains many of its charming original features...
 

Surrounding the house is the Victorian terrace...
 

The main sitting room with its original wooden floorboards, open fireplace and large windows with simply stunning views over the surrounding countryside, makes a wonderful retreat in which to relax and unwind.

 

A grand dining room, again with many original features, offers an open fireplace and seating for nineteen of your friends and family. Alongside the dining room is the games room with dart board, pool and table tennis tables.
 

There is a reading / television room with French doors opening out onto the garden. And for your enjoyment we offer a complimentary full Sky TV package.
 

The kitchen is large and well equipped with a range cooker housing two ovens, it also offers two fridges, a freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all crockery, cutlery and glassware.
 

Up to ten people can be accommodated for breakfast / lunch.

Spacious and open plan living arranged over two floors, this cottage offers accommodation for six guests. Stackstead Cottage

(Sleeps five)

As with Goodison, Stackstead offers spacious, open plan living, is arranged over two floors and offers accommodation for five of your friends and family. This property also provides a large living/dining area with woodburner stove, downstairs toilet, fully equipped kitchen and outside a private patio leads onto the Victorian walled garden and outdoor swimming pool.

Bedroom one – A double bedroom with en-suite (can accommodate extra single bed if you wish)
Bedroom two - A triple en-suite bedroom with three single beds (two of the single beds can be made into a double and we can accommodate an additional single bed if you wish there by sleeping up to four guests)

 

The Lodge

Spacious and open plan living, based on ground level and accommodating six guests. With large lounge diner, wood burner stove and fully equipped kitchen. This cottage also offers a private hot tub, outside dining area and direct access to our indoor swimming pool!
