Dear Mark and Tracy,
I just had to write to you to say how much we enjoyed staying at your properties Baytree, Stackstead and Goodison from 8 - 15th August. It proved to be ideal for our family and everyone enjoyed all the facilities immensely. I haven't got over being able to swim 50 lengths every morning from 7 am with no one else around (except my splashing husband for 20 lengths!) and the fun they all had in the hot tub will be remembered for a very long time!
Thank you too for providing some basic food and we certainly appreciated the bottle of wine!
We shall recommend your web site (which is extremely comprehensive) and the accommodation to our friends and any other family we have.
We love this part of the country and may well be back again another time, all being well.

The Boathouse in Instow is one of our favourites. Situated accross the road from the beach and the fantastic sea views The Boathouse offers a great selection of meat and local fish dishes to be washed down with a large selection of wines and beers. Tel no 01271 861292.
