The accommodation at Lawn Court is spread over 3 floors.
Downstairs.
On entering Lawn Court via an original Victorian conservatory and into the hallway, there are doors to the Sitting Room , Dining Room , Kitchen , Games Room , TV Room and downstairs w/c.
The Sitting Room is a large elegant room with high ceilings , bay window with stunning views to Bideford, open fireplace , antiqe piano and ample comfortable sofas and armchairs.
The Dining Room has similar elegant features to the Sitting Room and the two rooms can be made into one extremely large room by opening the two central dividing doors.
A large mahogany dining table capable of seating 18 , a 1920's retro open fireplace and the bay windows all help to provide a unique atmosphere for your special dinner party!
The Kitchen contains all the necessary equipment to cater for 18 people. A Rangemaster Cooker with two ovens and 8 gas rings provide ample cooking facilities. A dishwasher , Fridge , Freezer , Washing machine and Tumble drier are all provided for your use.

Lawn Court has four bedrooms on the first floor and four on the second floor. There are four ensuite bathrooms and two family bathrooms.
Most of the bedrooms have spectacular views over Westward Ho
The first floor has three double bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, a twin room and a family bathroom.
The second floor has two double bedrooms one with ensuite facilities, two triple rooms...perfect for the kids and a large family bathroom.
